Due to the nature of the products being personalized, a refund is not allowed. However, if you have any issues with the item, you may send me an email via contact@authorziyetaylor.com contact me via chat to resolve it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
You cannot exchange items. Please make sure to double check cart before checking out.
Refunds
Refunds are allowed on certain cases such as double purchases (you have bought the same item twice or more), a custom order that hasn't been started yet.
